Return & Refund Policy
At limlay, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience, ensuring every purchase brings joy and satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Returns are generally accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Certain items, such as personalized products, intimate apparel, or final sale items, may not be eligible for return.
Return Process
1.Initiate Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send back your item.
2.Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
3.Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and follow the return process for defective items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with details of the product and the defect. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with a return or exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
