•Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. International delivery typically takes between 7-20 business days. For our customers in the US, orders are often shipped via e-packet, a US Postal Service product, with delivery usually within 7-14 days after processing and dispatch from our warehouse. Please note that delivery times can occasionally be longer due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer various shipping methods to cater to your needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. You can view the exact shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal to pay customs duties, or failure to pick up the package from the carrier, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees and a re-shipping fee if they wish to have the order sent again.
